What we access

To do its job the app reads: your store domain, your product catalog (to list products so you can map their packaging), your store contact email (for the optional monthly readiness summary), and your app subscription status. It requests a single Shopify permission: read_products. It does not access orders or any customer data.

What we store

We store shop-level settings only: the EU countries and registration status you tell us, your packaging types and their material/weight, which product maps to which packaging type, your readiness score, and a hash-chained audit trail of that score over time. We do not collect, store, or process any of your customers’ personal data.

Data deletion

When you uninstall the app, or on a Shopify shop/redact request, we delete all data we hold for your store. We also honour customers/data_request and customers/redact — though we store no customer data, so there is nothing to return or erase.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your data. Billing is handled by Shopify. The optional monthly readiness summary is sent via Resend (email delivery). We use no third-party analytics or trackers.
